HOPE is a 501(c)(3) charity that was formed in 2021 by a group of concerned volunteers that saw the need to support stray, neglected and abused animals in our communities and wanted to make a difference.

HOPE in Franklin County strives to help our community by promoting responsible pet ownership. We will do this through education, sheltering, fostering and encouraging spaying and neutering.
